How to Switch to StateISP

Switching to StateISP's service is easy and can be accomplished in 3 easy steps.

1. Signup for StateISP service. You can signup for our service at the link below:

If you have your username and password go to Download Applications

This Signup Form is used to signup for Internet service. You are applying for a username and password which can be used to setup your computer for Internet access and email.

Fill out the "Signup Form On-line" WITH checking and credit card info and your username and password is emailed to you (if email was provided) or call our 800 number for your username and password.
OR
Print the "Signup Form Online" and FAX the form to 641 684-4620. Send a check and your username and password is emailed to you (if email was provided) or call our 800 number for your username and password.
OR
Print the "Signup Form Online" and send to our mailing address - 226 West Main, Ottumwa, IA 52501 with a check and your username and password is emailed to you (if email was provided) or call our 800 number for your username and password.
OR
Call StateISP at 800-xxxxxxxxxx provide necessary information and receive your Username and Password
OR
Come to our office and provide necessary information and receive your Username and Password

2. Download our software to configure your machine OR Setup your own Dialer. (instructions)

3. Cancel service with your old provider.

Listed below are some hard to find numbers of common providers. Be sure to tell them that you want to cancel and don't give in to their offers to provide you with a free month of internet service. By switching, you will save much more than 1 month's service fees.
